Sawyer VanVanctor-Lee

Sawyer VanVactor-Lee (they/them) is a storyteller of many mediums. With a background in acting and teaching, their most recent avenue of storytelling has been through intimacy direction. Struck by the deep need for this work, Sawyer started studying intimacy choreography in 2018 with Intimacy Directors International and has since traveled the country both taking and teaching workshops in this new and important field. When not either acting on the stage or choreographing behind the scenes, Sawyer also does freelance administrative work for various arts organizations. Last summer they worked in the box office at Chamber Music Northwest and are thrilled to be bringing their talents this summer to the wonderful team at Orpheus PDX.
